Classical Belt

source link The Classical Challenge Belt explores many famous melodies from various composers throughout history including Mozart, Puccini, Bach, Tchaikovsky, Mendelssohn, Offenbach, Rossini, Sibelius and Grieg. Many are from operas or large orchestra works. The melodies of these pieces include new meters, form, notes, fingerings, rhythms, and styles. To successfully earn this belt, you must perform  http://metodosalargarpene.es/ebioer/3124 5 of the 9 pieces in this packet. You do not have to play them all at once. You can learn a few and then come back to this belt at another time.

here I have included some listening links for fun. Watch these videos to hear some amazing performances of these pieces.
